• Scheduling: handled by Calendly; we receive your booking details (name, email, time).
• Technical: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referrer (standard server/hosting logs).

How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve our services (e.g., respond to requests, prepare redlines/drafting outputs, deliver files).
• Communicate with you about requests, payments, deliverables, and status updates.

Sharing with service providers

We share information with vendors who help us run CADWorx, including: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace/Gmail (our email), Calendly (scheduling), Vercel (hosting), Hostinger (DNS), and a transactional email provider (e.g., Resend or SMTP). They are permitted to use data solely to perform services for CADWorx.

Do we sell personal information?

No. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Retention

• General inquiries/project correspondence: up to 24 months after last activity.
• Payment/transaction records: up to 7 years for accounting/legal obligations.
• Emails/attachments: kept as part of our project record unless you request deletion (subject to lawful retention needs).
